HQ Material has 59 staffs, more than 30 professional synthesis technicians, including 4 PhDs and 9 masters, who have more than 10 years of experience in intermediate materials R&D and production, and are skilled in halogenation, Grignard, lithiation, cross-coupling, and cyclo-coupling reactions, etc.

HQ Material own a R&D center covers an area of 1,000 square meters, with 46 fume hoods, more than 50 sets of experimental equipments and more than ten sets of analytical and testing equipments, which can carry out technical work such as compound route design, synthetic process development, optimization, quality testing, pilot test certification, structure analysis and so on.

HQ Material keep closed cooperation with Zhengzhou University, Dalian University of Technology, Beijing Forestry University and Institute of Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and continuously carries out product and technology innovation, constantly strengthens the technical advantages, and can promptly and quickly respond to multiple, diverse and changing needs during product iteration.
